1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all transactions conducted through She Leads and its related entities, depending on the location of the customer. If you are located in the EU, your contract is with:

All sales are final. By placing an order with She Leads, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Sales Policy & Booking

  • All courses and workshops offered by She Leads are final sale, and no refunds will be issued after purchase.
  • B2B Sales Only: You can only book a course or workshop if you have a registered company. She Leads operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) service provider.
  • Once your payment is received, you will either receive immediate access to the course via email or the course/workshop will be available on the specified date stated in the product description.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or failure to attend a workshop.
  • If you are unable to attend a workshop due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we offer the option to participate in the online version of the course, where available.
  • No refunds will be provided for non-attendance at live workshops. The online option will be provided instead.

4. Contractual Partner, Language, and Applicable Law

For customers based in the EU, the contractual partner is vieo GmbH, based in Vienna, Austria.
For customers based in the UK or overseas, the contractual partner is OIDA Ltd, registered in England.
The contract language is German for transactions in Austria and English for the UK and overseas.

The applicable law is the law of the respective location of the contractual partner, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

5. Conclusion of the Contract

  • Your order constitutes an offer to enter into a sales contract. Once your order is placed, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
  • A sales contract is only concluded when we dispatch the ordered product to you and confirm the shipment by email (shipping confirmation).

6. Delivery

Delivery of courses or workshop details will either be made immediately upon payment or as per the date specified in the product description. Please ensure that your contact information is correct at the time of purchase to receive course access.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the courses and workshops are the intellectual property of She Leads and are for the participant's personal use only. The distribution, reproduction, or sharing of these materials without explicit permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

She Leads is not responsible for any disruptions, delays, or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure or technical issues. In such cases, we will offer a rescheduled course date or the option to take part in the online version, but no refunds will be provided.

9. Data Privacy

We take data protection seriously. Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for the purpose of processing your order. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

10. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these Terms of Service be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In such cases, the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that comes as close as possible to the intended purpose of the original provision.
