I started my first agency in 2020, right in the middle of Covid. Over the years that followed, we didn’t just work with brands — we built and owned different brands ourselves. It taught me what entrepreneurship really looks like when you’re not simply advising from the outside, but responsible for the decisions, the numbers, the launches, the mistakes and everything in between.
By the beginning of 2023, I was burnt out and knew I wanted something different. I didn’t want to build the kind of agency clients become dependent on. I wanted to support founders exactly where they actually need help — solve the problem, create clarity, build the right systems and leave them better equipped than before.
Somewhere along the way, I had also started to feel lost inside the business I had built. Part of that was realising that I’m neurodivergent — and that I had spent years trying to work and run a business in ways that simply didn’t work for my brain.
In 2023, that became She Leads. Technically a rebrand, but really a complete reset: fewer rules about how business should be done, and more clarity about what actually works.
Today, She Leads Studio is built around that same idea: better strategy, smarter systems, less unnecessary complexity and support where you actually need it. A business should work for the person running it — not the other way around.

Hi, I’m Jen Varga — founder of She Leads Studio. I work at the intersection of e-commerce, strategy, systems and AI. I started my first agency in 2020 and have since built and run brands of my own while advising other businesses. It means I tend to look at a business from both sides: the strategy and the reality of actually having to make it work.
I’m based between Vienna and London and I’m usually happiest when a messy problem becomes a clear system — whether that is a Shopify store that needs a clearer structure, email that needs a better system or a business that needs a more sustainable way to grow. Through the studio, we work with brands across Europe — currently including Vienna, London and Barcelona.
She Leads Studio is a family-owned boutique agency with an intentionally small team. Depending on the project, you’ll work with me and the right people from our team — close, personal and without unnecessary agency layers.
